## Refund Policy

At BRAVN we want you to love what you wear. If something is not right we will make it right.

### 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

### Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free from damage caused by the customer

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn without underwear beneath them during try-on.

### How to Return
Email hello@bravnwear.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for your return

We will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.

### Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

### Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@bravnwear.com. We will send a replacement at no cost and cover all return shipping.

### Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Gift cards
