### Orders & Shipping

**How long does delivery take?**
We ship to all Australian addresses. Standard delivery takes 8 to 14 business days. Express options may be available at checkout.

**Do you ship outside Australia?**
At this stage BRAVN ships within Australia only. International shipping is coming soon.

**How much does shipping cost?**
Shipping is free on all orders over $80 AUD. A flat rate of $6.90 AUD applies to orders under $80.

**How do I track my order?**
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it at australiapost.com.au or the carrier link provided.

**Can I change or cancel my order?**
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change please contact us at hello@bravnwear.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that we cannot guarantee changes.

**What material are BRAVN boxers made from?**
The Essential is made from a premium soft fabric engineered for all-day comfort. Moisture-wicking, 4-way stretch, and flatlock seams for zero chafing.

**How do I find my size?**
Use our size guide on the product page. We recommend measuring your waist and hip and comparing to the size chart. If you are between sizes, size up.

**Do the boxers shrink after washing?**
Minimal shrinkage when washed in cold water. We recommend washing cold and air drying to maintain the shape and softness of the fabric.

**How should I wash my BRAVN boxers?**
Machine wash cold. Gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry on high heat. Do not bleach. Air dry for best results.

**Are BRAVN boxers good for sport?**
Yes. The Essential is specifically engineered to perform during physical activity. The 4-way stretch and moisture-wicking fabric make it ideal for the gym, running, and high-intensity training.

### Returns & Exchanges

**What is your return policy?**
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

**How do I start a return?**
Email us at hello@bravnwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process within 24 hours.

**Can I exchange for a different size?**
Yes. If the size does not fit, we will exchange it for the correct size at no extra cost within 30 days of purchase.

**Do I have to pay for return shipping?**
If the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping is on us. For change of mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.

**Why did you start BRAVN?**
BRAVN was born from a real frustration. Finding underwear that works for the gym, the office, and the job site all at once was nearly impossible. We built BRAVN to change that for every man, every body, every day.
